The experience is just as important as your images
Wedding consultations are a completely free engagement. We can discuss anything that you couldn't find on this site or ask me any further questions. But the most important thing is that consultations allow us to meet and discuss your wedding details, you and your fiancés likes, and possibly schedule your big day!
With 3 current available packages, each one designed to specifically cater to any client's need and expectation; your wedding is sure to be covered. Each package also comes with unique perks and services that best suit your needs, and most importantly something that I take very seriously, your financial budget. Whichever you and your fiancé come to choose, it is a full day event package meaning I do not charge by the hour, instead I arrive from the wedding couples prep in the morning and shoot up until the final big event at your reception at the end of the day. Plus each package also comes with a private mini session for the couple to provide you with candid and intimate portraits & also comes with a complimentary Engagement Session!
With any choice of Package comes a free Engagement Session. These sessions are fabulous private photo session that provide you with goregous images to later serve as your save the dates and annoucncemnts. Enegagement sessions help you and your partner better connect with me, and especally capture the first stages of your story.
With my sister company MAX DESIGN, I am here to help you impress and wow your family, friends and invitees every step of your wedding journey. From designing custom Save the Dates to formal Invitations, and small details like wedding decor. Each small detail need not be overlooked.
When you receive your images, well thats something special within itself, as it should be. You receive your photographs in two different ways: in a private online gallery that can be viewed and shared with your loved ones and friends, that is if you provide them with your unique password. There you can view and download your images in full quality.
You also receive your images in a hand delivered custom made artisan keepsake box with complimentary prints and a personalized USB with your digital images in superior quality. My packaging is that of unique, to big bold and beautifully designed with good taste in mind. This is when you also receive your complimentary Photo Album(depending on your package choice) that is sure to wow you and fill you with all forms of emotions from your big day.
I often tell my clients that seeing your digital images is a grand experience, you are able to share with loved ones on social media and even send a quick select few to friends via email and messages; however to see your photographs printed in stunning quality and hold in your hands is something truly special.
That is why your photo albums and complimentary photo prints are printed by my partners in art gallery quality papers and feature the best styles and options that the industry can provide you. This after all is why we met, to provide you with the captured art from your wedding journey, and it needs to be showcased and finished of with bang!

“This is your wedding experience, and how your images are captured, and our experience working together is just as important as the finished product.”
Ready?
A: No, I do not. I eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery.
A: I typically do not provide partial day coverage. at the moment, I only accept clients that require at least 8 hours of coverage and thus have different packages with fair prices to meet your needs.
A: Yes I do. Every image I deliver is post produced with a unique signature style of post production. This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, clarity adjustments, tone-mapping, and other corrections. Many photographers will not post produce any images, this means that you may have pictures that are too dark, have strange skin tones or other common photography flaws.
A: For a variety of reasons, I have to charge for the time in between events. The fact is, I am never truly resting during the day, whether I'm backing up images, traveling to the second location, taking venue shots, or making up for lost photo time because of unforeseen wedding day delays.
A: Since weddings are a full day event, I like to shoot as much as I can. Typically my wedding clients receive a minimum of 200 fully edited images. The turn around time of this is 2-3 months after your wedding day, of not sooner. You will receive many updates and sneak peaks of your images before you recieve all your images in your personalized USB Drive and online gallery.
A: Many photographers include a "copyright(print) release" in their contracts, which generally just means the same as a release to have your images printed by yourself, or any lab you choose. That's not the same as obtaining copyright! Copyright simply means that I am the creator of the images, and I "own" the copyright. Selling or obtaining "the copyright" is not possible, but you will have the ability to print and share your images as much as you'd like!
A: The online gallery is a private, password protected section on my website where all of your wedding photographs will be placed online for you and your family and friends to view. All you have to do is provide the password to anyone who you want to be able to view the images. It's also the way we deliver your wedding day digital files. You'll have a download option with a PIN, and can begin downloading the second you receive the gallery!
A: Please understand that the galleries all vary based on many different things. Length of the day, amount of coverage, number of events covered in a day, rehearsal dinner coverage, full weekend coverage, etc. Every wedding is different and all are covered to my best ability - and since each is different each will result in a differing number of final images.
A: I'm so sorry, but I can't hold the date or pencil you in. To be fair to everyone I can't "hold" a date without a retainer and a signed contract. I accept bookings on a first come/first served basis.
A: A booking fee/retainer of approx. $500 is due to reserve your date. You'll have one more payments after that. the remainder of your selected package will be due at my leave on your wedding date. But of course other arrangements can be made, I like to make things as easy as possible for you - I know you've got a lot on your plate!
A: The retainer fee and all monies paid are non-refundable. The retainer guarantees that I'll hold the date exclusively for you and once you've signed the contract I do turn down all other commissions for that date.
A: ASAP. Since I can't "hold" dates or "pencil you in" dates are booked when...well, when they're booked. Most of my clients contract me within a year of the wedding date, sometimes as close as two months prior, sometimes a full calendar year or more in advance. It's easy to predict what will be popular weekends, but not always easy to predict when those weekends will book up!
A: It would be really kind if you did, but it's not a contracted requirement. I prefer to be fed when you are fed, not afterwards, because when you're eating you're not at your most photogenic. And when you're done, I want to be done as well to continue your coverage. I do bring my snacks to weddings, but a hot meal is always a lovely treat during a long work day!
A: Of course they can and it doesn't bother me in the least bit! I do request they not swarm the family photographs right away because I'd prefer all eyes facing me in your images, but I don't mind at all if they snap away from the background. I don't allow family or friends to come along for the bridal images or the images of you two alone for privacy purposes and because, frankly, other people can be distracting! I welcome other cameras during dancing, cake cutting, and other events just ask politely if people could please not push me out of the way and respect my presence.
A: The private mini session is about an hour hour and a half long engagement where I take you to a preselected location close to your venue where we can shoot some more one on one images of you and your partner meant to evoke a more intinate and artisctic vibe for your keepsake, and wow your friends and family when they set their eyes on them, specially because they wont realize they were done the same day they were there!
A: Now this is something of great importance, while I am a very professional person I like to wear something comfortable and poised to your wedding, I call this Pro-casual wear, usually tasteful all black attire that is appropriate for your wedding, all black to draw the least attention possible towards me from your guests, and something that i can easy move in to better serve you and capture those moments for your collection. If there are absolute attire requirements that you need me to be aware of I ask that you please let me know as soon as possible.
A: While I definitely have in the recent past, I usually work alone for many weddings and will most probably be working solo. However if I see that your event will be a very large wedding I will most likely contra of my colleagues that have worked as my assistants in the past to better capture your day.
